Baoji Aimu Food Co., Ltd. was established in October, 1996. Our main products are canned vegetables and fruits, quick-frozen vegetables and fruits, dehydrated vegetables and fruits, leisure foods, edible fungus products and health foods. After nearly ten years of development, our production capacity of these products can reach 20,000 tons every year. 80% of them have been exported. We are one of the biggest enterprises of vegetable and fruit manufacturing and processing in Northwest China.

Our company has been established to be the "Focus Leading Enterprise of Agricultural Industrialization" by the People's Government of Shanxi Province and Baoji government, the "Base of Production, Learning and Research" by the Northwest Agriculture and Forestry Technology University, and the "Talented Person Training Base for National Life Sciences and Technology" by Xi'an Jiao tong University. Meanwhile, our company has been classified as one of the Spark Projects. We have obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification and HACCP food security management system certification.

Cooperating with Northwest Agriculture and Forestry Technology University, Shaanxi Microbial Research Institute and some National Scientific Research & Development institutions, our company has invested and established the production line of functional health foods. Our new products have received a good reputation from customers. Compared with other products in the same line, we are in the domestic leading position.
